Agreement

By downloading or using KairoTips, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What KairoTips Is

KairoTips is a personal tool for tracking shift earnings and cash spending. It is not a financial planning service, tax preparation tool, payroll system, or accounting software.

Nothing in this app constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice of any kind. All figures shown in the app are based solely on data you enter yourself. You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries and for complying with any tax obligations that apply to you.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use KairoTips. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your Account

You sign in using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Your Data

Your data belongs to you. We store it solely to make the app function. We do not claim ownership of anything you enter.

You can view and edit your individual shift and spending entries directly in the app. You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us through the app.

Free Access and Future Paid Features

KairoTips is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce a paid subscription or optional paid features in the future. If we do, we will give you advance notice before any currently free feature becomes paid.

All billing will be processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. We do not handle your payment information directly. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's policies.

Advertising

KairoTips does not currently show advertisements. We may introduce an ad-supported tier in the future. If we do, we will notify you in advance and provide a paid option to use the app without ads.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use KairoTips only for lawful personal purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to access another user's data
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the app
• Use the app to harm, harass, or deceive any person
• Use automated tools to interact with the app

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

Availability

We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times. We may modify, pause, or discontinue any feature at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

KairoTips is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the app in violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the app that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding individual arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. For significant changes we will notify you through the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the app after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the app ends immediately.
