KairoTips is a personal earnings tracker that helps you log shift tips, wages, and cash spending. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address. We use this only to identify your account.

Data you enter. We store the shift and spending information you type into the app — including dates, earnings amounts, hours worked, job names, and any notes you add. This data is yours.

Technical information. We automatically collect basic device information such as your device type and operating system version, used only to maintain app performance and fix bugs.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

• Operate the app and sync your data across your devices
• Display your earnings history, goals, and insights
• Fix bugs and improve app performance
• Send you shift reminder notifications if you enable them

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on cloud servers. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data is isolated so no other user can access it.

Future Changes

KairoTips is currently free with no ads. We may introduce optional paid features or a subscription in the future. We may also introduce an ad-supported tier. If either of these happens, we will notify you through the app before any change takes effect and update this policy accordingly.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Your Rights

You can view and edit your data in the app at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data by contacting us through the app.

Children

KairoTips is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We will notify you through the app if we make significant changes to this policy.
